When asked by WUFO reporter Muki Hawkins to describe the play Coach McDermott, called it a big play, an how you can always feels Howards presence on the field.

Howard has had an interesting football career having a fairly successful college career becoming a full time starter his junior and senior years and being named to First team All-Big 12 and being named the defensive MVP in the 2017 Alamo Bowl.

In the NFL he’s had occasionally individual success, most notably picking off Jimmy Garoppolo in the 2021 NFC Championship game and sending the Rams to the Superbowl, and eventually going on to win that game. Despite that he has struggled with injuries and making a teams main 53 man roster.

It’s an uphill battle for Howard but Saturday’s game was a promising sign for his hopes of making this Bills roster.
