Pittsburgh Steelers player is a top trending topic as news of a recent domestic violence incident involving his wife caused her to be arrested and charged with a felony. Kalabrya Gondrezick-Haskins, who married Dwayne Haskins back in march, was recently arrested and charged with felony battery and domestic violence after she allegedly knocked out his tooth when the two were in Las Vegas earlier this month.
The group reportedly had different interests on one of the nights they were there, so they split up, according to the outlet. As Gondrezick-Haskins and her friends were getting ready to attend a Magic Mike show, Haskins and his friends left for Drai’s Beach Club & Nightclub. The decision not to wait to see his wife before separating for the night allegedly resulted in the altercation.
Gondrezick-Haskins, who told police that she did not remember hitting her husband, is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 3, when she faces a felony charge of battery and domestic violence resulting in bodily harm.
The quarterback was treated for his injuries at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
