After what was a difficult 2029 season all around for the New England Patriots, newcomer Matthew Judon is expressing both confidence and excitement in regards to Bill Belichick and the Patriots defense.

Judon spoke on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football on Monday, and talked about what he believes both he and the defensive unit can bring to the table.

One of New England’s key offseason additions on the defensive side of the football, he is coming off a season with Baltimore that saw him record 51 tackles and six sacks.

Now, he believes the combination of confidence and head coach Bill Belichick will allow him to succeed in his first season with the Patriots. Via- MSN.com

“I stay confident just from where I come from and what I’ve been through and the preparation that I know I take every day and every game,” he said. “I have no choice but to be confident in myself. And I think when you play confident and have confidence in yourself, it shows on the field. And it shows in your play. And you can go out there and make those plays.
