Star wideout asked for trade
Deebo Samuel almost lead his team to a Super Bowl but Aaron Donald and the Rams had something to say about that, suddenly wants out of San Francisco. Samuel had 77 catches with 1,405 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns also rushing for 365 yards and 8 touchdowns. Becoming the first player in NFL history to top over 1,400 receivng yards 300 rushing in the same season.
Samuel who is in the final year of his contract, hinted that that he was looking for an extension worth at least 25 million annually. The 49ers have been trying to offer him a long-tern extension, but not sure if the 49ers organization wasa tryi g to extend him at a WR price tag or RB price tag to the point all talks are off. NFL’s Network Ian Rapoport added that Samuel was uncomfortable with how Head Coach Kyle Shanahan used him in offense.
