The Buffalo Bills have named Joe Brady as their offensive coordinator after Brady’s nine-game stint as the interim offensive coordinator during the 2023 season.
Brady also served as the quarterbacks coach for two seasons in Buffalo.
Under Brady, the Bills went 7-2, including the postseason, and climbed back into the playoffs after starting the season 6-6, earning the No. 2 seed and a fourth-consecutive AFC East title with their Week 18 win in Miami.
Brady started his coaching career at his alma mater, William and Mary, where head coach Sean McDermott attended college and began his career. Brady spent time in various roles at Penn State, the New Orleans Saints and LSU, where he was a part of the 2019 National Championship team. He got his first offensive coordinator opportunity in Carolina, where he spent one season.
