Singletary and Cook runs all over Chicago
The Bills face frigid conditions in the “Windy City” and dominate the the Chicago Bears on the road 35-13. Devin Singletary led the Bills with 12 carries 106 yards and one touchdown. Bills rookie James Cook had 11 carries 99 yards and one touchdown. “We were very confident very ready to go.” said Singletary. The Bills had more rushing yards (254) than the Bears had total yards (209). Bears QB Justin Fields who has rushed for over 1,000 yards and is on pace to set the single season rushing mark by a QB since Lamar Jackson (1,206) in 2019, was held in check for the most part 7 carries for a mere 11 yards. Josh Allen got off to a slow start, but with the help of the run game he was able to capitalize off play-action hitting TE Dawson Knox on a 13 yard strike to seal the victory and a 3rd straight AFC East Title.
